AC pulley bypass
Yea the snap ring is still on so it's secure... Waiting for the snap ring pliers to come from Amazon so I can remove it.. @J33PFan- Do you think the coil is still operable?? Coz getting a new bearing is 10$, new clutch and coil and all is 50$, so saving some $$$ is not something I'm against...- mindbomb

Well the grind and heat pretty much destroyed the coil and bearing anyways. I'll probably get new AC clutch assembly. The 13mm nut , snap ring and clutch spacer all fell in the engine bay during the uninstall and nowhere to be found. :( [emoji47] I fitted the bypassing short belt. Seems like...- mindbomb

Thanks! Saw that (after posting), good info there! Got the belt and rental tools from autozone. I managed to remove the AC clutch plate, then the snap ring (hard without a proper tool) but then the damn AC pulley won't come out, I tried with the autozone pulley puller, tried hammering it from...- mindbomb

OK so I replaced the belt and the tensioner assembly... Noise stayed the same :( Bummer 60$ down the drain... Here's two movies that show the noise / new pulleys: https://goo.gl/photos/KUL2kZQrxxcsWLbE6 Looks like its coming from the AC clutch/pulley... what's next?- mindbomb

Tom, question, after installing the JBA Y link extension part - will my rear get raised a bit more? Logic says no since it'll realign the UCA but you never know with those jeeps, maybe even just 0.25-0.5"? If so, second question: Will it be wise if I add 1-2 more conduit nuts in the front...- mindbomb

Off road lighting
Why not mount a 32" straight LED light bar on the center of the front bumper? It fits so perfectly in between the front blinkers - 180W LED bars go for 35$ + wiring kit 15$ = total of 50$+tax for super strong light and I suspect MUCH easier installation than on the roof.- mindbomb

Backup Camera
It's not a transmitter it's a receiver. It probably draws few milliamps tops. The light on the door switch probably draws more power than that. I understood the wireless units can be troublesome (flickering and stuff) so be sure not to get the cheapest one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Hey J33 The moog BJ came with a new bolt. Here're the part numbers. Got everything from Amazon Bushings Soak the bolts in some blaster if horribly rusted. Don't forget to add a JBA Y link extension between the BJ and the rear diff if lifted. That's what I plan to do next weekend. Sent...- mindbomb

I think the TFT screen on the wireless units is powered all the time but actually turns on when it receives signal from the camera unit (which gets powered from the reverse light)
