What is your average MPG (City) / (HIGHWAY)
My auto computer on my dash says 19.7 average for my last tank when I was doing mostly highway driving. Since I've been driving around town it's been 19.2. It has an aero turbine muffler, other than this, no modifications (at least until today when I found out I'm getting a new transmission -.-)- KJ zGal

KJ Won't Go Into Gear...AGAIN!
As it turns out, I'm getting a new transmission anyway--The pilot bearing in the current one exploded and took out the clutch, etc., something was mentioned about the crankshaft, and yes, it was the boot on the driveshaft they said had been gone a while, so there was all sorts of crap up in it...- KJ zGal

Weird coincidence or did I mess something up?
So today I ran the codes and got a P1686 No SKIM bus. None of the dash lights were on when I started her up to run the codes. I didn't clear them, I just disconnected the battery again, left it for a few minutes, reconnected it, tried to start her up, stalled out, then she started the second...- KJ zGal

So I changed the spark plugs in my Liberty tonight, just like I've done before, had no problems, hooked everything back up, started her up, runs fine, drives fine...a few hours later, driving it back to my aunt's house: Air bag light, check engine light, oil pressure light, sentry key light...- KJ zGal

Jeep Pickup Truck Coming for 2012

AC Acting Up...
Maybe he said it was the evaporator core leaking or the evaporator fan or something...all I remember is he said something about the evaporator...but yeah, this is why I am not a mechanic xD- KJ zGal

I talked to a colleague's son the other day at work (happens to be the head mechanic at one of the Chysler dealerships or something of the like =P), and he thinks it's not the compressor but the evaporator getting stuck...basically he told me it'll need to be drained, fixed, and recharged. The only way I can think to describe the smell is to say it smells like electric heaters when they first come on after a summer of not being on...only not as long lasting of a smell. This is the first time it's done it, so it could have just been a freak thing, maybe, but I'm pretty sure it's...- KJ zGal

So today, driving home, my AC was ice cold, as usual, but I noticed there was a funny smell. It went away, so I thought it was something in the area I was driving through, but a few miles later my AC warmed up for no reason. 2002 Jeep Liberty
I bought my '02 with 87k on her and she's now at 130k and still running strong. Ditto on the regular maintenance to keep her running good. Only problems you might find are minor electrical issues that are easy to fix (or maybe my KJ is just infested with gremlins...) Either way, they're good...- KJ zGal
