    Tire Pressure Warning Light

Cold weather causes the pressure to decrease thus needing to bring the pressures up to par. DO NOT forget the spare as it has a sensor on it as well.

    Snow Plow

I would not go with a full size steel plow. The front bumper would be dragging the ground. The poly and plexi plows are a much better fit for the KJ. Keep in mind that this is a unibody and that is alot of stress on sheetmetal. (No HD steel frame)

    2.4?

I would not tow with it. The 2.4 is not know for strength or a very long life. I would not stress it any more than regular daily driving. It's not a bad option, just remember that it does have some limitations that the CRD and 3.7 do not have.

Liberty may be up a creek without a belt?

I have an 05 and I drive in the rain every time it rains. \:D/ I have never had a problem, I have been in slush and wather up to the bumpers and never had an issue. Hmmmmmmm. :-k

    Heavy towing with the Liberty

I do not personally have any real faith in the 42RLE trannys as being a real towing transmission. The XJs autos (AW4) from the late 80's to the XJ's demise was one of the strongest to date in my opinion and from what I know from the ongoing repairs at local Jeep dealers. I would think twice...

    My Jeep is missing...

Well, from my experiences, when they actually recover a stolen vehicle they are usually trashed pretty bad. Hopefully you have full coverage and can get it replaced. It is sometimes best not to get them back. Tranny and engine problems usually occur after recovery because of how they were abused...

Need help with steering gear replacement

That does not sound like any fun. Looking at it, I do not think there would be enough clearance if you do not drop the axle. I would say it would go quicker and earier if you do.

This was a permatex kit. It actually seems to have worked pretty well. It also hit some of the damage, but appears to have filled the rest with the epoxy (superglue). I thought about using super gluebut chickened out. lol

That's great, wish I could say the same. 2 Libbys. 1st one cracked on it's own. No rock, no nothin, just a stress crack. 2nd one was a rock, no large, but still a rock. This one, looked lika a small dragonfly coming at me while I was sitting at a stop light. Just bad luck I suppose...

I do agree that it is less of an angle than many others, but my Cherokee and CJ all took harder hits and no damage. Just think they are making the glass too thin.

NEGATIVE! I have owned every kind of Jeep and put way more miles on them. I went through 1 windshield in the last 15 years until I bought the Libby. In an effort to save the almight $ that it would cost to make a decent windshield DC continues to skimp and use inferior materials and thinner...
