Now that my 2" BDS lift kit and Rancho shocks are shipped and on their way, it's time to prepare to remove my crappy old 235/70's and decide for new bigger tires:D
First of all, should I get M/T's or A/T's?
I'm a daily driver/weekend warrior who spends his time 80% on pavement. But I was...
Today I finally ordered and paid for the 2" BDS kit, Rancho front shocks and Teraflex front bumpstops:) As for the rear bumpstops.. Hockey is not a popular sport here, so I'll go and buy two rubber mallots(or only one and cut it in half, I don't know yet;)
The dealer says shocks and bumpstops...
I've been dealing with this sh.t for weeks now, and I'm really tired of it. I ordered the above mentioned stuff right now. Also asked for Teraflex front bumpstops(hopelessly). I hope I get them at once and without any more problems.
Thank you everyone, without your help, I couldn't have even...

And these Rancho FRONT SHOCKS in addition.

Before this, he told me that they didn't have "struts". Thanks to the members of the forum, I learnt that a front shock and a strut is the same thing for a Liberty.. Then came the 0" lift issue, thanks to you, I se that he's wrong and only wasting my time once again..
Ok..A deep breath and...
Yes, that is what I want to know. My 2" lift kit comes with four springs and 2 REAR SHOCKS. No problem here.
I need two new FRONT SHOCKS which would fit the 2" lift kit.
Dealer says different, but as far as I know, all front shocks DO FIT a 2" lift kit??
Right? I'll buy those Rancho...
Part Number: RANRS5764
2002-07 KJ Liberty
I am asking if any shocks for the KJ would or would not fit the 2" lift kit??
If the stock shocks fit in the lift kit, then why wouldn't Ranchos??
I ordered a 2" lift kit and additional two front Rancho shocks. This is the reply that the dealer has sent:
"...However, those shocks that you have given me a link for will not work with the 2” Lift that you are looking to purchase.. These will only work for a 0” Lift.. I have checked with...
Thanks to tommudd and mrneen, murphyman from LOST Jeeps, I've got answers for my questions now. I'll hopefully buy the 4wd.com lift kit plus two front Rancho shocks. The only missing part is the front bumpstops. Unfortunately, Teraflex is impossible for me to get at the moment because of...
Seems like Jackie from 4wd.com will help. Very nice person indeed, it took only a few minutes to receive a reply to my mail.
Just like BDS, their own brand kit does not include front struts. So they will arrange a kit from OME parts for me. And I asked for heavy load suspensions.
I would...
Yes. There's only one in Istanbul, but they don't have the kit in stock.
They want me to pay half of the price to import the kit at first. And it's way too high.
What I actually want is the OME kit, I am also financially prepared to pay for it.
The sellers don't turn me down for shipping issues.
They just don't reply to my e-mail, that's what I go crazy about!
It's really hard to understand.. These sellers claim to ship worldwide but they don't even bother to reply an e-mail!!
God.. It's been weeks now and all I'm trying to do is buy four goddamn springs and struts!
Unbelievable!!
Ok, no reply from JBA, Boulderbars or BDS.
Well.. Perhaps it's time to have a look at good old E-bay again. What do you think of the Skyjacker Coil Over Lift? $732+shipping (no rear shocks)...
I've been trying to contact Jeepinbyal since last week about price and international shipping. Only got one very very short reply, which was not related to my situation.
I tried again but no response.
It's hard to understand.
(Tom, tried to pm you, but your inbox is full)
Thank you for your replies. I really appreciate your help. I have noone here capable of helping me about the issue, so believe me I need it.
@TexasRock; you're absolutely right about sending the kit as a "gift".
Tommudd; pm.
I've been searching hard to order the stuff needed to lift my KJ by 2". The problem is caused by international shipping issues mostly.
This is the BDS 2" lift kit:

While the kit costs only $475, BSD will charge an extra $300 for shipping to my...
