    2002 Sport Broken Valve spring and rocker

    I vote for replacing one spring and go from there. If this option works it will be under $100, even cheaper if you source a used spring. Oh and Subaru's have about the worst head gasket problem on earth. Tell him look at internet reports on that.

    A better oil pan?

    I had little bubbles of rust starting in the paint/metal. Sanded where those were and scuffed the rest of the paint. Then i brushed 2 coats of an oil based metal paint on. The 06 has been done for 4 years and is holding up well.

    Trailer Tow Package

    one place to look is the hitch. the mopar hitch is very nicely done with only the 2 inch receiver hanging below the bumper line! aftermarket hitches usually have the whole hitch visible. as far as coolers I don't know if the kk as a different trans cooler. it already has a decent one w/o the tow...

    i had experience with this code on a rodeo with a delphi fuel pump assembly. the cure for this brand of vehicle was to replace the sending unit. problem was fixed until i sold it. no experience on jeeps but i understand our libertys have a delphi assembly.

    Changing sparks..among other things...

    same difficulty level. but certain year kk's have 3 coils and then 3 wires extending to the opposite cylinders. unlike kj's with six coils. I used extended needle nose pliers to pull the 3 spark plug wires. mike

    2010 liberty spark plugs on pass side

    i used a long needle nose pliers to grab them at the base and pull. just don't squeeze to hard.

    if your get the codes read we will have more to go on. until then we are all guessing! but we do know we have some sort of misfire do to the cel blinking.

    If you have checked all things and cannot find the problem. (Sounds like your not there yet.) Then google search TSB -09-007-06. It is specifically for 05-06 dakota's and liberty's regarding misfires.

    tensioner/serpentine belt sizes?

    Does anyone know what the reasoning is behind switching from 3.0inch to 3.5inch pulleys, in the middle of the production run? They both seem to accomplish the same thing with the right belt?
