Doesn't the blower motor run the heater as well? Could be something lose in the dash. Do you notice it more at some times than others? Mopar Brush Guard
On my Explorer, the upper bracket went between the bumper and grille. Don't know how that would work on a KJ. If you can find the manufactures name mor model somewhere on the guard you can goto their web site and see if they have install instructions. That's what I did.- RenegadeJay
