Very true. I have heard the skinnier tires go through the snow better, but I just wanted to add a little more manliness with the tire. I really like the Kuhmos as they do fit perfectly. I am just very indecisive on what tire would work for me best. And I wanted to try and keep it below $150...- RenegadeJay

So I am to believe that when a KJ comes down the assembly line, they put the tires on it and then the corresponding computer? In response to KbOnly, the 2006 KJ sales literature I was reading says the 2 sizes are the 225's or the 235's. Must have changed since your 03. Maybe that is why they...- RenegadeJay

If going from a 70 series to a 75 series would throw off the spedo, then how is it that some KJs come with the 225/75's (such as mine Rene) and some come with the 235/70's like Doninators? Help Needed For Rear Window Issue
Mine took a sh!t on my yesterday aswell. I wanted to put my fist through it it made me so mad. I learned in the other window problem post that it should be covered under warranty so I have to call the dealer. But for my own knowledge, in the pic provided, where is the regulator?- RenegadeJay

Window goes up crooked
what does it mean if the motor screams like it is being stepped on and the window doesn't move? Happen to me today on my driver rear. Now I have to frickin take it to the frickin dealer. Hopefully the window is up enough to keep the rain out.- RenegadeJay

Kumho Road Venture AT KL78
A while back they were one of the first tires on the list at discounttire.com when looking for stock kj tire sizes, but now they are near the bottom. Price went up. Must be a good sign.- RenegadeJay

How'd they do on the wet roads? My Goodyears Wrangler ST's cannot get grip to save their lives in the rain. I'm afraid for the snow. I know I need new meats by winter. I want a good wet tire for rain and snow since that is what the majority of what I see.- RenegadeJay

Magnaflow Exhaust
Judging by the kit that MagnaFlow sells it can be either of 2 mufflers. It's a 5" X 8" muffler and the kit says it is 24" long and it appears to be a center inlet and offset outlet. RPM at 65
Not like anyone cares, but I feel compelled to correct myself after looking at my mileage log this morning. I don't get 240 for a half a tank....it's 170 per half tank. Just wanted to correct myself before someone called me out on it. My mistake.- RenegadeJay

RPM at 65
I have the 225/75's and today I was just hitting 2k rpm's at 70mph. On average I get 14.5 mpg's, but I fill up at the half way point of my tank, and I usually get around 240 miles to a half of tank.- RenegadeJay

Stay the F**K away from anything Harbor Freight! The cheap pricks at my work get stuff there and they are definately "disposable" products. Every tool we ever bought from there broke within the first use. We got some trailer tail lites that never worked. There is a reason they are so cheap...- RenegadeJay
