At the gas station today
IIRC, my Dodge Ram 3500 Dualie Diesel only had a 160-180 amp alternator, and that was charging two heavy duty batteries to warm the element in the winter.- GitEmSteveDave

Been slowly losing collant. Is this where I'm losing it?

$12 for a clamp? I should back charge my mechanic for replacing them with screw clamps... OK, I still see fluid leaking out. Last week, after sitting for over 24 hours, I removed the small return line, and there was still pressure in the system, as fluid shot out upon disconnect. P0300 code along with 3 seperate cylinders Renegade Liberty 2003 3.7
SIGH. So Cylinder 2 is my new misfire central. Already swapped coils from 2 and 3, and still getting a confirmed CEL from cylinder 2. Is my next step replacing the plug on 2? I'll have to wait until next Monday because I work everyday until then, and the engine doesn't get to ambient enough...- GitEmSteveDave

Has anyone tried hydrophobic sheets on their sideview mirrors?
My sideviews always seem to get water spots, and during rain, they can be very hard to see with. I figure this stuff won't wipe off like a spray would and being sideview, it shouldn't really be exposed to much that could peel it off. Has anyone tried hydrophobic sheets on their sideview mirrors?
I saw some gifs online of sheets of hydrophobic plastic added onto side view mirrors to keep them clear in the rain/snow. https://i.imgur.com/XfHEzaW.gifv Just wondering if anyone had tried them, and if there might be a problem with heated/tinting sideviews like on my Renegade.- GitEmSteveDave

Swapped coil 2 and 3 to try to track down the misfire in Cylinder 2. Also cut 1.5" off my coolant return line to try to eliminate the leak there.- GitEmSteveDave
