Cliffs Insane Terrain Run - 7/23/11 PICS

I'd your tires are out of balance. Take it to the nearest car wash, not the tire shop. Love the pics, no cracked diff pic though, but looks like y'all had a great time.

    Jeep Pickup Kit

That Chinese one looks like a Tacoma with a liberty front end plastered on it... I personally don't like it at all. I bought the liberty to have room for a couple passengers and a little cargo room. With a bed that small you wouldn't have any cargo room at all in it. Just my .02...

    subwoofer recommendation?

I went with a single 12" jlwx with a cheap enclosure from walmart. I wanted to keep some cargo space and crutchfield also has a quick disconnect so if I need extra cargo I can have my sub out in a matter of 10 seconds.

    No, not a Jeep model...

I don't know too much about these vans or their conversions, but are they real similar to the f series? Could you just get the missing driveshaft, front drivetrain, and transfer case and bolt them up??? Sorry I just skimmed the quigley page and didn't get the details. I saw one that looked...

    Overland Jeep Wheels on KJ?

Doing some reading on here I have found that the ford ranger hub is smaller so ranger wheels would not work even though still 4x4.5. When I had my miata I could use Honda or Volkswagen wheels, but they could not use mine because I had a smaller hub. So the answer is yes you can have the right...

    What have I done?!

I've been driving a stick since I was 16, 11 yes ago and thought I'd give it a break for a bit and get an auto kj. I kinda do regret not test driving a stick but when I got in mine and started driving around it just felt so good I could t pass it up.

Actual Lift Amount - Lets Compare Fender Heights

Well, I was scared to join this thread but I just measured my '06 on stock suspension which I didn't want to. 88k miles and 18.5" front and rear.

    TCS on the fritz?

Have not had one. Purchased the jeep in february from a Mazda dealer. I may have it checked soon or if it does it again. It drives straight as an arrow down the road though. I don't even want to measure to see suspension sag although it looks like I have about as much wheel gap or more than...

    TCS on the fritz?

All of the wires APPEAR to be fine, however I did notice one thing. One of the front tires made it to the back during the new wheel install and the other front stayed up front. Maybe they were worn just a hair different and something that 1 and only time triggered it. I am rotating the other...

    TCS on the fritz?

Will check tomorrow. They probably have them torqued down to 500ft/lbs anyways so I'll check that.

    TCS on the fritz?

That was my very first thought because I just had wheels put in last week. All 4 were even and it was 10pm so the sun hadn't been up for a couple hours...

    TCS on the fritz?

Well, I went driving around, nothing weird happened. I even went back and recreated the scene and looking for oil slicks and could t find anything. Checked all tires at even pressure, maybe it was just a random fluke in the electronics???

    Improve Fuel Economy

I have done some research on the hydrogen bubblers but decided against, the only thing you can do is regular maintenance and tire pressure. I keep mine at about 42 and have gotten 1-2 mpg, and also a light foot which may have helped that out a bit too.

    TCS on the fritz?

So I made a turn out of my friends tonight and shortly after doing about 35 trying to get up to 45 my TCS light started flashing and loss of power... I was only about 1/3 on the throttle and on a level straight road. Now, does the TCS/ESP use the ABS sensors? Could I maybe have a bad rear...
