Power windows timer
Did you get in the Jeep, shut the door, start the engine then shut off the ignition and before opening any door try the window switches, I treid mine with just the key on/key off without starting and it did not work, but works if started and shut off Bob- Gentleman

I was contacted by the other drivers insurance company, they even sent out an appraiser, said I should get hisr report in 5 days, in the meantime I went to a nearby body shop and got an estimate of $1000.00, the body shop told me the plastic fender flare is cheaper to repalce than refinish. 03 Liberty Headlights Turning off
Not sure about the Liberty but some other DC vehicles have a overload gadget built into the headlight switch, if so could be a bad switch, shorted wiring, or what I have seen a bulb where the elements shorted together. Bob- Gentleman

Installing an auto dim mirror
Per the FSM you are correct that the grn/blk is ground, unfortunately the 2 other colors do not match, the book says fused ignition is white/black and the backup wires are brown/light green- Gentleman

I have been looking into this with no difinitve answer yet, you need the u-connect mirror, the bluetooth module and the necessary wiring harness, the mirror and module are available thru Mopar parts and the wiring harness's are probably available although I can not obtain part numbers for them...- Gentleman
