    I'm back!

Hey yall, some of you may know that I recently left for the Navy, unfortunately, I have been medically discharged. Been back for a couple weeks now just haven't felt the greatest physically and mentally. While I am upset that I had to leave, I am happy to be back with my family and, this forum...

    Farewell (for now)

I want to give everyone here who helped me a huge thank you. Whether it was Mr being blinded by forgetting to add a relay for my fog lights (you know who you are) or simple questions on suspension parts, you all, really, this whole forum is awesome. To those who have posted things not...

What is this Mystery Plug Under the Dash

Huh, figures. Easiest to splice into the wires on the OBD2 connector just so you know. Do one at a time. Use sealing crimp connectors you crimp them then heat them up. Nothing will get in them. That's exactly how I did mine. I scratched my head for 45 minutes when I did the heater core because I...

What is this Mystery Plug Under the Dash

There's no connector for it the harness they mention is the pig tail from the evicc honestly your best bet is unscrew the obd-2 connector and splice it into that. The wires all go to the same place that the evic needs Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk

What is this Mystery Plug Under the Dash

Forgot to post this, but here is the link to the install. Very easy. I did this myself also. I've added everything you can think of to my base sport, all limited trim and options except heated seats and sunroof. (Not cutting a hole in my roof, the headliner was already enough)...

Where are the fail-points for oil pressure?

What happens is the tensioner fail to keep pressure. When sitting the oil pressure bleeds down. At some point they'll fail altogether. Had this issue before I had a new engine put in. Replaced the whole timing kit then months later (guess faulty part) failed and jumped time Sent from my...

Cannot get new blend door actuator to calibrate

There's only one way the Blend door can fit onto the actuator, I had to actually take the new one apart and turn the shaft so it would fit Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk

Cannot get new blend door actuator to calibrate

As the title says, I cannot get my new actuator to calibrate. Got it from the dealer, tried a new hvac header, nothing. Weird. If I turn it to one click in red, goes full hot. One click in the blue, goes full cold. However, if I put it all the way to the heat, it works fine, but once I go back...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Pulled the dash, for the fourth time to replace the Blend door actuator. Honestly, I'm happy. Albeit, I was mad that I had to pull it on the 4th of July to do the heater core (which I don't understand why it failed, that was replaced maybe 5 years ago AND I have a new engine) on top of that, the...

    Stuck Coolant Bleeder Screw

I used an extractor, and put a square plug in its place that you can remove with a wrench, heck, it was seized and it's a new engine Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk

    just a wee bit pissed

You'll get it down to a science haha. Last time I pulled it to do the heater core (mind you I was pissed because the heater core and engine were new) got it out the first time in 45 minutes. Had it all back together and radio wouldn't work thought I pulled a wire so I pulled it again. Only Theo...
