I just got my delete kit from WWDIESEL what a good product fit perfect and ez to install. If you ever have a viscous heater problem I recommend this 3 bolts and move one small hose and your done
Oh and I will check the thread size and length for you as soon as I get mine out. I dont know if it is right or left hand thread to remove it without breaking it.

I been looking to obtain a bearing also. And I cannot find anything on line the one post has a auto zone number but looking it up it looks as if it's for the air conditioner pully
Looks like you remove the center nut pull out the clutch and then remove a spring clip and pull off the pully. And press out and in the bearing. Yea bearing numbers would help. And I like to also look in to the delete kit.
Well I cut the fan shroud in half and made two brackets to make it one again with it removed I was able to remove the fan with the mounting bracket all in one piece. The good thing was that the idle pully that had a broken bolt was in that bracket. Drilling the bolt in a vice was much ezer than...
Well I can not seen to be able to remove the clutch fan, but it looks as if there is a bracket between the block and fan clutch. Held in with 3 0r 4 bolts has anyone taken this off and are they right or left hand bolts like the one I snaped on the tensioner
