The DTT is somewhere between a normal clutch based LSD and a Detroit locker,it's way more effective than any clutch based LSD but will not "lock" like a locker.You can fool it into "locking" somewhat with a little brake pedal pressure. If you could put manual locking hubs on sure but since you can't unless you do a SFA swap it will be a wild ride and wear/break parts on the street. Lunchbox lockers are a budget locker for offroad,if you can't justify the cost of ARB's said vehicle spends to much time on the street were said...- tjkj2002

If your not going to re-gear time for smaller tires than. I'd stop and pull the code when the MIL comes on,not continue driving and hope for the best(IE I want to dish out big $$$ on a repair that could have been prevented).- tjkj2002

There is a write up in the how to section I believe.Run the hot trans fluid to the radiator 1st than to the OE stand alone cooler,and then finally back to the trans for the best cooling.Don't forget to change the ATF+4 since multiple overheatings kills AFT fast. Overheating Confusion

Actually it is 100% illegal(ask your insurance company about it),you can not disable the TC without disabling the ABS. The TC and ESP use the ECT and ABS to function and are tied into each other so if one system goes bad they all go bad.- tjkj2002

The ARB is much more street friendly than a lunchbox locker and your not venturing offroad enough to warrant a auto locker,LSD at best would better suit you. If you want a auto locker I'd highly recommend the Detroit locker(full case locker),much cheaper than a ARB and a 100,000,000 times...- tjkj2002

Engine issues, running rich with bad gas mileage, stalls, hard to start
Just get a remaned engine and be done with it. What you poured in the oil has now trashed the entire engine and the coolant in that has been getting into the engine has trashed all the bearings anyways. Remaned engine or fight with it for god knows how long before you get mad and sell it...- tjkj2002

4.11 gera or 4.10 gears
The fronts are 4.10's and the rears are also 4.10's. Some vehicles and axle combo's there is no "same gear ratio" for the front and rear,even when stated but it is okay to run different ratio's up to like 5% difference but the fronts must always be a lower ratio so the front tires spin faster...- tjkj2002

If a fuel injector "stuck open" you would not get a misfire since the amount of fuel that could leak past is not enough to cause a big issue besides messing up the fuel trims real bad.That would set off codes P0172(bank 1) or P0175(bank 2) depending on which bank has the leaking injector,at the...- tjkj2002

Liberty drivetrain into a CJ, YJ, TJ, Wrangler?
The KJ's t-case is the exact same used in the XJ,TJ,JK,and not to mention a dozen other models that are not Jeep. Oh and you can get a 6 speed TJ,with the same exact 6 speed trans the KJ had for some model years.- tjkj2002

#1-I've had several dozen 3.7/4.7's with bad cats that caused misfires even when all cylinders properly worked and had good compression.You can not "visually" inspect cats for proper operation,they work or they don't. #2- if the O2 sensors where not NTK or at least Denso O2 sensors you will...- tjkj2002
