Does anyone know of a store/chain that actually stocks a full line of Lisle tools?

JBtools seems to have a good stock of Lisle products, and they have oddly low prices. I've bought a decent amount of stuff from them over the years... Other than that, Amazon.

    2005 Liberty Replacement seat covers

They're a bit $$, but Ive had the Wet Okole seat covers for around 20 years. No complaints other than the heated seats not being as useful...

Will your factory jack do its job out on the trail?

If you think that factory bottle style jack isn't adequate, you should see the useless scissor jack they put in 2004 and up KJ's. It didnt take me long to crush that little thing

AC compressor keepers cycling even when AC is turned off.

On the 02-04, the compressor will kick on in both defrost positions.. On 05 and up KJ's, it will also kick on in the floor position. Many years, ago, I put an 05 and up HVAC controller in my 04KJ so I could independently control the A/C. I took it apart and put black tape over the contacts...

    04 KJ Tire Pressure Sensor

On the 2004 KJ, you must train the sensors so they know where they are. The EVIC has an option in the menu to train them and there 'should' be a magnet on the jack under the rear seat. You follow the locations on the EVIC to train the sensors. If a sensor is bad, you will not be able to train...

    Liberty spotted in the wild

I see them fairly often but they are always in horrible shape. Heavy rust and always have peeling paint.

Akebono ProACT Ceramic good choice for front and rear pads with NO new rotors?

Do you have 509K miles on your Liberty? Ive used Akebono ceramic pads on several vehicles and like them. They came from the factory on my Honda.

How to improve power and transmission performance on the 3.7

Liberty doesnt even have the 3.6 engine... Flyin Ryan is the only person I would go to for tuning the 3.7. He could give you some advance on what you could do to pep it up a bit. https://frptuning.com/

Any simple way to check for excess oil in ac system?

There isn't a way to check for too much oil in the system. Too much oil will, however, diminish the A/C's performance. If you find that its charged properly but does not cool well when in high ambient temps, it could be too much oil in the system. The only way to insure you have the proper...

    Replace fuel pump

It is a bit strange that Jeep decided to quit putting in that little panel. Even when it was there, it was glued in place and kinda sucked to get off. Not sure if it was a money savings thing or a safety thing... Idk...

    Front brake caliper pin problems

Those rubber sleeves swell, especially if you use any sort of petroleum based grease. Ive started just removing the rubber sleeve and tossing them, not worth the hassle. Their only purpose is to try to keep down rattles, which Ive never heard.

    4.10 Re-gearing - 2025

I honestly thought Dana quit making the 4.10 gears many years ago. Figured Yukon just bought up whatever was left. I have no plans of buying another Liberty, but many years ago, I for some reason bought two sets of 4.10's for the front diff. You should take pics of stuff like that. I think I...

    Front differential help

Doesn't mean much, but I've never heard of that happening on a KJ. Gotta wonder if it was damaged at the junk yard. On good ol steel diff's, Ive seen people just run a weld around the tube. No clue how you would fixed a pressed in aluminum diff tube.

    Transmission oil cooler size

I always measure what came out to get an idea of what should go back in. Then check the level after driving it. Idk what an Lt is, but mine normally takes around 4-5 quarts.

ABS/Traction Control disables on low traction surfaces

Its tough to diagnose anything over the internet... First step would be putting a scanner on it and seeing if all wheel speed sensors are showing up. Could also check that the module is getting good power and grounds. Maybe when the motor kicks in, the voltage is dropping too low, causing it to...
