Ball jointed sway bar links
The lower side joints seem to be more susceptible to damage because they get submerged when crossing rivers or deep puddles. They're also subject to rain and snow while driving. What did you do to your jeep today?
As usual in the summer, we camped at a high altitude lake. This year, the weather was unpredictable, so we gave up on trekking and went fishing instead. We were supposed to catch rainbow trout with blue backs, but my kids didn't catch any. I just drank beer, so I didn't catch anything.- ikuo78

The rattle in the ball joints was no longer going away with grease, so I replaced the front UCA. I started at 9am, but by the time I finished at 10am the temperature had risen to 35°C. What did you do to your jeep today?
I changed the engine oil to 10W-40. I could feel the Mobil1 5W-30 deteriorating after about 1500km. Cold idling has become much quieter, but it doesn't seem to be much different from a new 5W-30. I drove it for a bit to see if it was quieter while driving, but I couldn't tell the difference...- ikuo78

The heater relay is located in the power distribution center. The fuse for the sensor is probably number 16. Attached is for a 2003 but it's probably the same for a 2007.- ikuo78

Try disconnecting the battery and resetting the PCM and setting the fuel trim value to 0. If that doesn't work, suspect a dead catalyst, the wrong O2 sensor, or a dead O2 sensor heater relay. I remember reading somewhere that it's more likely to light up when the battery is weak. Mine also has the ABS light come on occasionally but goes out within a week. There must be a leak somewhere. EVAP / Fuel fill issues
The check valve might be the problem. I'm not sure if the check valve can be replaced alone or if it's included in the pump ASSY. There is an air filter next to the feeding port, but it is connected to the check valve. The following is from the 2003 manual:- ikuo78

Dome light wont turn off ....
In the 2003 manual, the middle is B+. If you don't have an EVIC it can be tricky to know which door is open. The manual says it can be diagnosed with DRB3. I don't know if it can be diagnosed with an OBD2 scanner.- ikuo78

Thank you KJowner for the additional information. It seems like one cup of ATF moving in six months is too much. From experience, when there was about 500cc less ATF in the transmission, there was more shift shock. 500cc is probably about two or three cups.- ikuo78

In that case, you'd be better off worrying about the amount of ATF in the transmission. Since that amount will be transferred to the TC within six months, it's probably best to plan to replace the seal within a year.- ikuo78
