    No need to be sorry by any means. You should have a driveshaft shop near you that can do something similar. It should use the same parts to convert your current driveshaft as any other KJ.     Very little. Unbolt 12 8mm bolts, 6 on each end of the driveshaft, bolt in this one. If you don't have the 45RFE trans and NP231 it won't fit. Sent from ThunderbirdJunkie's mind via satellites

    What exactly is the problem? You're just seeing lash between the gears in the xfer case and the rearend gears. Was there an actual drivability issue that you saw that drove you (teehee) to check this?
