    The dimensions are on the post with the picture. I really wouldn't recommend glassfiber, they are an important part of the strength of the car, the Jeep doesn't have a chassis like the older ones, the passenger cage is all vital, especially if you have a crash.

    This is what it should look like, the 3 bits of steel make a very ridged section My folded section is 30mm x 70mm x 30mm When you do the outer section make sure you allow for the step in at the rear to let the plastic arch trim sit in so it lines up with the rest of the trim.

    Mechanically you can get the bits, you would probably need the bell housing, clutch, hydraulics and flywheel. I don't know if you would need to do something with the TCM?? Maybe just put a link in to make it think it was always in neutral.

    Just took my wife's Renagade out to fill it up with diesel, 4th gear foot down and the rev counter shoots up but the speed doesn't change, looks like I'll be doing a clutch shortly.

    The CRD was available as a manual from new, the 2.5 used the NV3550 & the later 2.8 had the NSG. More common in Europe than in the US though.

    I drenched my struts in lanolin rust prevention spray when I assembled them, doesn't attach rubber or plastic & sets into a hard waxy coating. Seems to be holding up well.
