Well if you dont already have a recovery point or skids i would add those in as well along with the lift and more aggressive tires

Not the mountains.
For what you get the chips/programmers don't do much horsepower wise. Save the money for lift/tires/skids/regear depending on tire size.

I'm fairly new to these myself, but have pretty much come to the conclusion, you can't do much for more power with these as with most normally aspirated engines these days. Lower 4.10 gears will give you better acceleration. Do you know what gear you have now? Gearing is not a cheap venture as I am finding out at this moment.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I just can't understand why so many folks need more power with these things. The 210hp 3.7 runs pretty good and rolls right down the road just fine. Mine will still get up and go even with 265/70 tires and 3.73 gears.

don't know what options you have.
Put in new ICE, leather seats, heated seats, EVIC, skid plates, rock rails, new lift, aluminum ****** case, HD cooling, auto dim driver side mirror and rear mirror, plasti dip. regear to 4.10s, lockers, roof rails.

maybe just copy TJKJ2000's set up.

Don't waste your money on buying performance chips. They don't do much if anything at all. Most are a rip off.

I hate to laugh, but.......................:happy175:

sorry, I know its petty but this new form of writing people do now with the absolute lack of grammar, spelling and punctuation drives me crazy. Just a constant dribble of sentences strung together with out any comas or periods....can't stand it

true that.

@ OP, save money, lot's of it, and get a decent lift / skid plate / recovery point. You may light some light also if you plan doing offroad in low light. Plus, light bar and spot light are cheap and easy to install.

Don't be sorry, I am in total agreement with you. It's good to see someone your age at least acknowledging there is a problem. But at least he wasn't full of "u", "cuz", "b4" and the rest of the inane gibberish that's out there these days because of texting.

Between that and handwriting.......:favorites68:
My Grandmother would give me a sheet of paper and tell me to write out my name as many times as it took to fill the paper. If she didn't think it was good enough out came another sheet of paper and I'd start over. Today some signatures look as if they are a signed by a Brain Surgeon ( since there never has been Doctor that could write his name and tell what it was 5 minutes later):happy175: But a signature tells me what kind of person you are, so sign it proudly and make it readable when it gets cold. :ROFLJest:

The first word in a sentence, (S in sorry) should be capitalized, should be a comma after petty, without is one word, commas has 2 m's, and should be a period after it. Just sayin'. :happy175:

I stopped by AutoZone and they were all out of ,,,'s ...'s ''''s and ???'s. They did say they would fit, though.

(Sorry for piling on, my team is losing...) ;)

I've also noticed that they don't restock the shelves all that often, and when they do, they tend to put those ,'s, .'s, "'s, and ?'s in the wrong place. lol

"Oh come on"....lmfbo!!
