Where is the WTF with this picture?

The tires! The rims are "ok" but there is basically no tire there! Poor Jeep!

Did I miss something? That's a Patriot, right? Don't they come stock with tires like that?

I had a rental Pat once. P.O.S. Sorry to any Patriot owners out there, maybe there are better examples, but it was gutless, got bad mileage, and was zero fun to drive. Not one bit like my old Liberty.
