looks like i was wrong. i believe the piece i mentioned above is actually the exterior weatherstrippoping and i need the interior one that goes on top of the door panel.

seems like i have to replace at least 1 every year or so which seems far too often and its never the same one. anybody else had this problem? im running copper spark plugs but ive had this same problem using iridium.
luckily coil packs are super easy to replace and cheap but still $30 a pop...
