My 2003 KJ has the same problem. Most KJs I see have some or a lot of front sag. Probably from weak factory springs, but also from collapsed bushings. I got some of my height back by replacing the bushings where the clevis attaches to the control arm, maybe 1/2", but it's still 2" too low...
