update.... Turns out I had a leaking head gasket!! Not about to start ripping apart the motor...I changed the plugs again..and put the Blue Devil head sealer in...no more misfire...no more engine light..Hope it lasts for a least a year..
Did your code go away on its own at any time? On mine after clearing the code and getting warm.. the car runs fine and light does not come back on. I did the carb cleaner spray around the intake test..no change..PCM ??

Update...The valve on top of the gas tank had slight crack . Its seems to be very common on the Jeeps. I was able to epoxy it back into place without having to drop the gas tank. Light is now off!!
The relay is located in the engine compartment fuse box. Lift up the cover and simply pull it out. The inside cover will have a diagram of what fuse and relay go where.Hardest part will be trying to buy one. My dealer and local parts stores didn't sell it. Went online to Summit Racing and...
I changed the electrical ignition switch. I also inspected the pin assembly while everything was open . It appeared fine . Not loose or not bent or broken. No codes coming up. Im thinking the starter relay may be getting worn out and not always making good contact??
Hello. Every once in a while after sitting for 10-12 hours I will go to start my 2010 Liberty and its dead. No start no crank. Sometimes the second time I turn the key..sometimes the third time I turn the key it will start. After that the car will start up right away the rest of the time...
Just to add more info..a few months ago I did the drive cycle procedure to clear the permanant code and it did clear it for a week..then came back on..
