Yes, it’s Bosch. I’m not sure about the EGR, I didn’t disconnect it and I don’t think the mechanic did either. I have an appointment for an oil & filter change at the end of the month, hope that helps. Also, I did the key diagnose test and I don’t get any codes. Not sure if that’s good or bad...- Pgy

Thanks for the info! I was confused because in the manual there is some sensors listed along the exhaust but discontinued from Mopar. I changed the MAP before this started, about a year ago. This is been happening since May ( give or take) but gradually getting worse.- Pgy

Could it be the exhaust gas temperature sensor? I don’t know what can cause this power loss and they probably won’t find the cause unless there’s some error recorded or I request a specific checkup.- Pgy

I changed the Map sensor already with a brand new one. That mechanic no longer works there so I’m just guessing now since I can’t remember what he did. Sorry for being vague- Pgy

Hi! I'm having some trouble with my Jeep Liberty 2003, 2.8 CRD, it's losing pulling power, not accelerating - mostly uphill. To describe the issue, even though i press the gas pedal, it slows down, rpms drop, it downshifts and then it gets a sudden "power burst" rpm go quickly up to 3k or...- Pgy

I have to find a seller located in Europe, but so far no luck. I was hoping there's a replacement, a lot of parts aren't produced anymore or supplied by dealers. I found the Osram 2721 ( comes with a plastic casing but it can be removed) Looks like this...- Pgy

Thank you! Can’t find those anywhere though, I don’t think they are in production anymore? Any alternatives? When I looked for the 14v/14w I got some results showing these as replacements 2721 12v/1.2W ..I don’t know anything about electrical stuff so I don’t want to mess up..- Pgy

AC not blowing cold
Mine had the same issue and they refilled the freon ( checked for leaks but didn't have any), after that it worked like a charm.. I don't know if that helps with your issue but i just thought it's worth mentioning.- Pgy

I see, I had no idea and the mechanics didn't really take the time to explain anything. No error codes anymore. But I'll go and ask them to check for possible fuel starvation. They probably know what to do, but I like to at least have a basic idea beforehand, so thank you for the detailed...- Pgy

05 liberty 3.7 loss of power,won't down shift lots of codes...
I'm sorry to hear about your issues.. I have the same uphill power loss but no check engine light. I also get it when the car reaches 40mph it just loses power until I let the pedal go, downshift and then it revs and accelerates as normal. Annoying, no idea what it could be either.
