Having cutouts...
Dirty/sticky idle air control valve will do this. Mine went a couple months ago, it would die just as I would come to a stop at a light. Not every time, but it got more and more frequent as the weeks went on. Changed the IAC because it didnt look that dirty and hasn't happened again since then.- mrlavalamp

Liberty door locks randomly keep unlocking
seconding the weak battery. The heat where I live kills batteries in 1-3 years and this is one of the first signs it is about to go. Keep a jump box/cables with you, you are going to need it soon.- mrlavalamp

Front shocks
Less than ideal sure, shortens the life of the shock some if you do it a lot, but the only viable alternative I can think of would be adding limit straps. Fabbing in lower bump stops would be tricky to do without impacting ground clearance and defeating the purpose of the lift at least in part...- mrlavalamp

My first guess based on what you have already done is wiring harness. Vehicles that age round these parts start having wiring problems all the time. I love the carhart seatsaver covers. They are a tad pricey but I have had mine for 4 years, I take them off and wash them a couple times a year. They still look brand new, they fit perfectly, and assuming you like 1 of the 2 color options, they check all of your boxes...- mrlavalamp

Asking those who have done their own paint job at home
I painted a truck in the driveway using rattlecans, it was terrible, would never do it again. Small section maybe, but not the whole vehicle. update to let yall know i got some confirmation from Dorman on their rad fan CFM's According to Dorman tech support: Dorman Part#621-018 (HD COOLING ELECTRIC FAN) moves 32.23 CMM which is 1,138 CFM Dorman Part#620-053 (NON-HD ELECTRIC FAN) moves 76 CMM which is 2,684 CFM. 2002 jeep liberty
I know the 02 was a weird model year for some things, lots of early production run changes. I believe the TCM and PCM need to be programmed with the same VIN in order to work properly. So either both modules will have to get moved over, or you will have to take one in for reprogramming.- mrlavalamp
