Our's did the same from the time we drove it off the lot till I took it back and had the system charged. Haven't had trouble since. My opinion is they didn't fill it completely at the factory.

If you just want the sound and no bling, you can just replace stock muffler with Super 40 for around 150 I'm pretty sure.

Me too. I like to look and sound different.

On startup and idle the Super 40 sounds pretty stinkin' close to a V8. On heavy acceleration the V6 comes out. Still sounds pretty deep though. I think it is still way better than a Neon with a fart pipe.

That is correct. Single in dual out. I believe you can do true dual though. The 08s have 2 cats. Not sure on previous years. I will try to get pics posted this weekend.

310 bucks and the P/N is 9530452. Single in dual out. I do not have a digital video camera or I wouuld do a clip.
