Ive never had any of those issues, its certainly no LSD but its better/smoother than I thought it would be. I bought some new Bridgestone Blizzaks for the winter, to help with traction. I know its not ideal with the rear spartan locker but with 4x4 on and the blizzaks I should be fine.
