Nah, the stutter hasn't happened in full time. This is in just RWD mode.

Also in selectrac full time, do any of you notice the engine having to work a little harder or some extra noise when accelerating? Binding isn't the word I am looking for....but its a feel and a sound that lets you know you are in full time.

Hi all. I have an 03 auto and have noticed that every now and again I will get a little shudder from the rear end. This only happens when starting from a complete stop and usually making a turn, and only once while in reverse. It only lasts for a second or two, but enough for me to notice...

I have not had my Liberty off-road but in the inclement weather that we occasionally get here in Ohio, it hasn't missed a beat. Each time I think that this is the time I will finally get her stuck, she just continually surprises me and walks right through it.

'Bout the same reason for me. I also wanted a model where I could just open the glass to get control of the dogs before they ran out. Loved my Cherokee, but the Liberty is my favorite.

I have seen a clamp application like that on a pick-up truck that was used to attach a tonneau cover frame to the bed rails.
