thanks for the advice. I just did the following: cleaned TB cleaned AIC changed plugs (all 6) I did run seafoam before I did any of the above and didnt get smoke at all I did buy chevron cleaner you mentioned. Wife has 1/2 tank but will use it when she gets lower before she fills up...- joey3002

How do I get the cable off the left hand side of the throttle body? I want to take it off to clean it... not the cable :) the TB- joey3002

Thoughts on using seafoam as well as what you mentioned? I will most likely be changing the plugs anyway. thanks- joey3002

My wifes is having a similar issue. 2003 with 72k I have just started diagnosing it. Cleaned TB but probably could do it better, will look for a guide tonight. I did the plugs about 20k ago, thinking about tackling them again this weekend. I have been told I need to do the ****** flush so...- joey3002
