Anybody got one of these on their vehicle? Are they worth while in keeping the rear window and maybe spare tire cleaner? Thanks for any info.

skid plates for 05 I'm one that had a long time finally getting them from a local (Peublo, CO.) dealer. I did finally get them. Sept 04 until April 05) They are diffinitely different than 04 and before. By now all the parts books and aftermarket guys should have them without much problem...

Have you checked the pressure in your spare tire also. All 5 of my rims come with the radio transmitters that relay tire pressure. All five have to be within a certain amount or you get an alarm.

Looks like I am finally getting all (4) of the skid plates! Only 8 months and lots of complaining to dealership. Anyway it is possible to get all the plates after all.

Mine has a factory installed trough that the oil drains right out through the skid plate. I also have the towing pack. and can't reach from the top. One of those cup type filter wrenches - 3/8ths socket attachment with one long and one short extension makes removal fairly simple. I can just...

Six months and still fighting with dealership about skid plates. Summer coming and hoping to be outfitted in time to more securely go off road - going with or without the final plate!

guess i should have said transfer case. I went to jeep.com and they only show 2, fuel tank and transfer case. I have one under the engine, and on the fuel tank. Dealer says there is another one in the middle - transfer case I guess. Anyway the parts that come in with thier part numbers don't...

Got an 05 so it comes standard bling! I didn't care for it at first but now I like it. The wife liked the crome grill and that made the deal so I could get a new one. Had a 99 grand cheokee laredo. Acutually like everything but hauling space better in the liberty.

Having problems with the local dealer getting the ****** skid plate(s) for a 2005 liberty. They say what is in the parts book doesn't mount up to the new 05 libertys? Anyone have any ideas or had this problem? Thanks for any info Justin
