0/5/2024 - Replaced my starter because the one I installed last year failed. At least it was under warranty. That didn't take the sting out of having to do it again. Replaced the starter relay.
0/6/24 - Removed the stuck disk out of my CD player. I may disassemble it today to see why a disk...
I may have finally resolved my issues but I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch. The day before yesterday I got it home. I disconnected the battery cables overnight and the next day after reconnecting them I tried it. It wouldn't start. So I crawled under it and gave the starter a few...
Hey, KLC, I tried switching the relays around and that didn't work. I then bypassed the relay and I got it started but I had to finagle the jumper wire a bit before it started turning over. I then shut it off and put the relay back in and it started again. I shut it off once more and it didn't...
Hey, folks. I have a new problem. I went to town today and made a stop at Lowe's. My Jeep started just fine when leaving there. I then went to the grocery store and when I came out, my Jeep wouldn't start. When I turn the key, everything works. It just isn't cranking over. I get nothing. I just...
Okay! I got the bushing in place. 4WD is working. I dropped the bushing once and it appeared to have completely vanished. I found in on top of the cross member. I also found the clip I dropped the other day on it.
Thanks, everyone for your input regarding this issue.

I got my Jeep moving. The part I ordered was wrong. I ordered the JL1Kit1 as suggested above. It was way to big to go into the hole for the pin. The part I need is only the center bushing. It's like the part in this video.
Anyway, I decided to try something just to get it to go. I put the...
I had to wait for the rain to stop but I finally got under the jeep to take a look and it is indeed the linkage is disconnected. I was trying to get a hitch pin on it to hold it in place so I could at least move it. It's very tight in there and I couldn't get a good angle to push it on. I'm...
So, I've got the Jeep on jack stands but I can't seem to find where the transfer case linkage is. I may be looking in entirely the wrong place. Any help identifying the location is greatly appreciated.
