Yes , That what my mechanical says. He says that the pipe from the coolant tank was damaged and the antifreeze ( Red in my case ) was dripped into the coil of 4th cylinder.

The problem was with a water pipe passing over the coil of cylinder number 4. The water drip into the coil and go down to the spark plug. The pipe has been replaced and the problem does not return =]
