Is this the end of Liberty?
Head gasket leak is a common problem of the 3.7 pass 100k, just resurface the head and get a new gasket. The most critical part is get a good reputable shop to do it! Sloppy replacement will bring endless troubles.- hotpepper

P0507 Code but idle seems fine
I was recently trobled by the same code P0507 for my 2007 KJ. I first replaced the drive by wire ETC throttle body but no help. Did throttle relearn many times, no help. Seized upper control arm bolt. Attempt to remove it myself, or admit defeat and take it to a garage?
Go to Autozone rent a pickfork may help you remove the bolt- hotpepper

07 KJ P0705
Last Tuesday, I had a P0705 error code popped on my 07 KJ with 102k miles. The 42RLE shifts pretty well and no noticeable problem so the error was a total surprise. Jeep Liberty Reliability - how does it compare?
I have a 2006 Renegade which I bought a year ago. A couple of issues I have: 1, sticky rear brakes on rear left (driver) side. why am i get such terrible gas mileage?
I am only getting 12 to 13 in city drive and 16 to 17 on highway for my 06 Renegade 4x4. I had an Escape 4x4 which got 25 to 28 on highway. Jeep is not doiing it homework let its customer down in this aspect.- hotpepper
