06 CRD ****** problem

Recently bought an 06 CRD limited. Automatic ****** will not shift into 4th and 5th gear,fluid levels good,any suggestions?only 75k miles.Was fine when I parked it two days earlier.Also the front shakes when driving over the tiniest bump on freeway.
