    OBD code P0123

    My 2002 Liberty Limited 3.7 is throwing this code "P0123 Throttle/Pedal Poistion Sensor A Circuit High Input." I removed and changed the throttle postion sensor and still have the code and it still has a hesitation and bucks when you get into the throttle. I am stumped but handy, so any advice...
