Suggestions for A/C clutch?
Maybe one of the shims got mislaid and the new plate did not have the correct air-gap. I lost one real thin one on my 06 and had to make do with a brass washer from a brake hose kit.- DadOSix

Yup - 6 - I am conservative when it comes to repair. Not much on firing the parts cannon without knowing what i need. I will test the issue until i know for sure. It could also be the evap can. I do the smoke because it is very obvious and tests the whole messy ststem in one go. -

Hey @RussellG - I suggest for the gas cap message that you (or your mechanic) do a smoke test on the evap system. Just because the code shows gas cap does not necessarily mean it. It points you in the direction that the system itself needs attention - something as simple as a cracked... -

When dealing with a computer controlled system, I hate to say it, but you are not going to be able to outsmart the computer easily. If it were old school - up to mid 80’s - Yes, but with an ECU - no easy way. It wants to see all that input from sensors to decide if and how to run.- DadOSix

02 Power Steering leak - cannot get it sealed
Old o-ring or something stuck up in the fitting on the pump? Or a burr on the fitting - inside the pump that cuts the new o-ring when you tighten it up?- DadOSix

Passenger Side (right side) Axle doesn't seem to be in all the way
You may want to compare new and old axles. I * think * this is a function of how long the splines are on the new shaft as compared with what you are taking off. I don’t recall ever seeing this on my 2, but then, none are home right now, or I could roll under and check.- DadOSix

David - does your scan tool do live data? If so, see if you can find both the cam and crank sensor voltages and signals. Should be 4 PIDs in total.
