    2005 Liberty Radiator Relays Fuse?

    There are two relays under the hood for the radiator fan. High and Low. Is there also a fuse for this circuit? My fan is new but not turning on. Will be testing power to the fan wires tomorrow, but just thought I would ask.. Thanks

    Coolant in Oil

    Before doing heads you can have your coolant system Pressure Tested as well as they can use ultravoilet lights to look for leaks. And for your Head Gaskets you can have a compression check done.

    Pretty classic symptoms of a bad head gasket or warped heads or both. Also common for these engines. And or due to an overheat condition. The coolant flows through the heads and if there is a problem the coolant gets sucked into the engine. The only fix is to have the heads removed...

    04 Limited rear end "clunk"

    Having similar problem,. Will be taking apart this week. Replaced rear shocks and sound got louder. Then replaced rear control arm which was shot and still have the noise. Thinking its the wheel bearing.

    I have a similar clanking problem in my driver side rear wheel. I will be taking apart this week, but my guess so far is the wheel bearing.

    Notes It's a 2004 Liberty limited with V6 and auto trans. Not sure of make of trans. 72,000 miles, just out of warranty... Are solonoids easy to replace or should I just take it to a shop. Do you have to drains the trans fluid before you remove. It is kinda cold here in CT and...

    No reverse w/ auto trans?

    Lost my reverse. Other gears OK. v6 w auto. Figured it was trans solonoid or trans control unit. Any ideas or does anyone know what circuit controls reverse.
