Cylinder 2 is the last cylinder in the firing order. I had the same code for a year with no issues, same as you. Its your fuel pressure regulator. Have your fuel pressure tested, see if it holds pressure. On my 4.7 the FPR is inside the fuel pump. Hope this helps.

Flush the heater core. My GFs heat was better on the passenger side, warm on driver. Both core hoses were hot. The core is clogged on the driver side. Shit comes in on the passenger side, settles on the drivers side. Google "Chrysler casting sand" to find out why the cores are clogging on...
