just changed my cooler lines, leaking in the same spot as yours. Took a few hours to change, but wasn't to bad to do. I couldn't find the correct release tool, so i just used a small pick to pull out the clip from the fittings. All in all only cost me $130 for the lines and some atf.

Hey I've got a 2006 Liberty. I'm replacing the trans cooler lines since one has started to leak at the crimp. The problem is I can't find the right tool to release the line from the cooler and trans. My 3/8" line release tools seem to big to fit into the lock. I found this tool that might work...
