Those who went from KJ to KK?

My wife an I bought a '03 new and we loved it. I have always loved Jeep. I respect the badge and I trust the brand. I have owned more Jeeps that anyother car make, combined. However- In 2008 we traded up (?) to the '08 version, the one we're currently driving and my wife is o.k. with...

    Leak!

K&N air filter for jeep KK

I don't have one for my 2008 KK, but I can tell you, most folks swear by them. You'll want the K&N series 77 or (iirc) series 63. The 77 is the FIPK and costs about 30 bones more. The series 63 replaces the air box also, it just isn't as serious about sealing out the engine compartment.

    Selec-Trac II(R) Active Full-Time 4WD System

iirc, with the Selec Trac option and having it engaged, if you slip, it'll lock it all up for you. (ala traction control in the Explorer or even a Dodge Stratus) With the Command Trac, you choose to put into 4WD when you need to, otherwise it's in 2WD. My 1983 Ford Bronco is a 'Command...
