So, I was wondering if there is any kind of kits or something to hooking a manual transmission to the 2.8L CRD. My uncle has CRD, but the frame is gone on his. And im looking at another Liberty that has the 3.7L with a manual. Is there any possible way with a known kit where I could swap the 3.7 with the CRD and keep the manual transmission?

The CRD was available as a manual from new, the 2.5 used the NV3550 & the later 2.8 had the NSG.
More common in Europe than in the US though.

So in theory it should bolt up without to much issue? I know it will be more than a 30 minute swap. From the research ive done. We only got the CRD model for one model year(2005-2006)(im in the US). And from ive gathered and thought, the CRD only came with the automatic in the states.

Mechanically you can get the bits, you would probably need the bell housing, clutch, hydraulics and flywheel. I don't know if you would need to do something with the TCM?? Maybe just put a link in to make it think it was always in neutral.
