I'm looking to get bigger tires for my 2012 liberty and was wondering what's the largest tire I can put on the stock rims with no lift kit. I was initially going to lift it but I've decided that I wasn't going to keep it as long as originally planned but I still want to have good tires for going on some of my local class 6 roads which are usually rocky and muddy, also decent in snow. Any advice on sizes and brand/model would be appreciated!

245/70R16. It’s wider and meatier than the stock 225/75R16 without being much taller and causing rubbing. Don’t go much above 29.5” diameter because by now your stock suspension is probably starting to sag. Stock height, center of wheel to fender, was 18” in front and 19” in the rear for a brand new KK.

I shouldve mentioned that my rim size is 17 because i have the limited, but at that point I'd assume to not go above 28.5, but thank you!

Rim diameter won’t matter- it’s the outer diameter of the tire that does. 29.5” is still the tallest you want. It’ll just have a shorter sidewall on a 17” rim than on a 16” rim.
