I just bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty and found that my rear drivers side door will not open from the inside. I have already checked the child safety lock. Where can I find a picture of the doors inside? I've been looking for a manual but all out of stock locally. Any suggestions?

Just pop the door cover off. I believe there is a thin metal rod extending from the door latch to the inside door handle.
If its connected properly then you will have to disconnect it to completely remove the cover. If it's not connected then you know whats wrong.
That would be a good place to start.

It's a process to fix a downed window in a rear door but the steps explain how to remove the door panel. I know it says 02 but the door is the same.
The pictures should give you a good idea of what metal rod I'm talking about.
