To get your "Build Sheet"

www.jeep.com/jeepcares

fill in the info with your Vin No. and they will send it to you.
OR
next time you go down to your local dealer maybe for parts - give your VIN to the parts guy/gal and they should be able to print it out for you right on the spot.

try again, there are hundreds of difference reps and some of them actually care, they just called me back in less than 24 hrs after I complained about how long my dealer was taking to fix my jeep, and I got a loaner.

yea i went to the Jeep.com site and entered my info about 2 months ago, i had my build sheet e-mailed to me a couple of days later

Took them just under 24 hours to e-mail me my build sheet...

I also got a similar e-mail a couple hours after sending in my build sheet request, the next day I got a second e-mail with the build sheet.....

I've requested a build sheet via e-mail for my european 2002 CRD. They did not care, said they are only offering support for the US.
