How to remove the old shift cable bushing?

Hey I’m trying to replace the shift cable bushing under my wife kj and the only option I’m coming up with is to drill it out. Is there a better way to get the old one out so I can replace it? Tons of videos on replacing it but can’t find one showing how to remove the original pressed in plastic bushing
