A lot of wind noise in the video, is the clicking coming from front left or both, better descriptions would help.
Does it make the same noise when 4x4 is engaged?
Have you checked the wheel hub/bearings for any movement/play?
What brand of cv's / front shaft were installed?

Hi, I am experiencing the same thing on my 200 KJ while turning in 4 wheel drive engaged. Both Left and Right and Hi & Low it does it. Completely goes away in 2 wheel drive.

What kind of surface are you on?

it’s on very smooth pavement. Everything on the front end besides the intermediate shaft have been replaced. Put a new front driveshaft on and could freely spin where the front end bolts up. My part time light is stuck on so I’m very tempted to swap the tps switch for the transfer case. When coasting starts any speed under 40 I get less vibration. It is significantly worse when accelerating or on the highway. When coming to a stop I hear some slight clicking.

4wd is for slippery surfaces ONLY. Dirt, mud, snow, etc. Running 4wd on pavement when it's not snowy or icy WILL damage the system. Especially while turning. Then you'll be replacing all those parts again...plus more.

ALWAYS replace the intermediate shaft NO MATTER what it appears to look like , now you will need another right side CV ( rebuilt from NAPA of course) If you used any other brand well could very well be your problem ( plus intermediate )

FYI, forget about a Crown inner shaft, they're on a manufacture back order. Nobody can get them. Have to either go Omix-Ada of possibly Mopar.
