Block heater install

Hello,
I ordered a Engine block heater for my girlfriends '05 Liberty with the 3.7. Does anyone have any experience installing one of these? Any tips?

I believe the engine block heater takes the place of one of the engine block "freeze plugs", that's all I know about the heater for the 3.7.
