Silly mod. Took off the wooden spacer I had for spare tire mount, put spare tire mount right side up and put spare tire on inside out. Looks like offset rim.

In case nobody mentioned it, kk stamped clevis also fits. This is probably the one that has different part number. Its 3/8" longer like the other kk forged steel clevis.
