Why would the drivers side high beam fuse keep blowing?

Dunno if this is related...

My sister had this issue (I don't call it a problem) with her '05 KJ... sort of. Fog Lamp fuse kept blowing.

Dealer replaced the bulb.

Problem solved. But haven't you done that already? Thought I remembered reading that somewhere.

I figure it must be the fuses themselves...
All made in China!
Everywhere I've looked, all the fuses are made in China!
Even the so called "Name brand!"
