Which engine?

Hi, I have a 2003 Jeep Cherokee (British) Sport. 2.8 CRD Diesel. I am trying to get a service manual for it. So far I have only found info on the later (2005) model.
I have come up with the engine model as being R 428 by VM Motori. It has the EGR valve on top of the exhaust manifold as opposed to being under the intake manifold as on the later models.
Can anyone help please. Either a download or emialed manual pages.
I don't seem to have any more rocks to look under!! S.O.S!
