IIRC that ding ding chime is located somewere over the top of the radio or some such barely reachable place on the KJ

I guess they know too many owners will pull em and pitch em. I too like to have the radio on and the doors open while I clean or wax my car.

I hate ding dongs of all kinds.

On our company Ford Rangers we just wrapped the seat belt behind the seat and plugged it in. That shut em up.

It was a small amount of hassle to unclick them and wrap them around our body when we left the grounds. :-s
